Mountain Biking Aserrin Woods
#2 of 95 mountain bike trails in Mexico
This is the BEST area for riding near Queretaro City. Aserrin Woods has an excellent weather all over the year and it's the favorite and the most visited place for bikers in the state. Starts with demanding 7 miles climbing and once you are at the top there are different ways down with amazing technical single tracks through the woods, crossing a river and riding besides a pond.

Aserrin Woods area is located 9 miles south from Huimilpan. If you are departing from Queretaro you will need to travel in car. Take the state road to Huimilpan (40 minutes driving). Continue for the road for 9 more miles and take the unpaved way at your right. Drive one more mile and pull over, this a safe area to leave yor car and start the adventure.

This trail is awesome. There is a bike park at the base of the trail called Capital Flow and they have a lift service that takes you up to the top in a truck with all the bikes on a trailer behind. Then they take you down the trails with a guide. Highly recommend this spot and Capital Flow.
Thank |This is some of the best part of the Aserrin Network Trail System, with really funs singletracks and passing for a unique narrow sliding stone tube, amazing!!!
Thank |This is a very fun trail, you will enjoy it all the way. It is part of the Aserrin Woods, the best place to ride near Queretaro.
Thank |My favorite place to ride! Fast, demanding, rocky and winding downhills.
Thank |This trail has a little bit of everything, but most amazing is the magnificent sightseing and the funny singletracks in the way down, some of them demands high technical skills.* Review edited 4/23/2012
