Great singletrack trail and race course for local series. A rediscovered classic, just upgraded with new sections, berms, etc.

I rode this trail yesterday. Super nice xc trail. Probably the fastest trail around, not to technical, just super fast. Well maintained.

This trail is basically an XC race course. A new log jump and some berms were recently added. This trail is well maintained and drains well, so often it opens up after rain before the others. Great place to put in some laps!

Well maintained, good flow, great for XC and Hardtail bikes. The Zone, near the tennis courts and ball fields, is a great place to progress your jumps as well. But I would by no means rate this a black diamond. It is a beginner trail with limited intermediate obstacles.

I really enjoyed my visit to Greensboro, NC! Originally I had planned on riding the Wild Turkey Trail, but it was closed due to poor conditions, but a quick Twitter update from @FatTireSociety quickly redirected me to Country Park and Copperhead.
The Zone section was a lot of fun!
The copperhead trail itself had some great flow and just enough roots to give you a challenge

Nice fun trail, flows well, easy to connect to Wild Turkey. Agree with the marking comment after about 1.5 miles the trail comes to a road which must be crossed on the other other side about 40 yards into a quasi work area the trail continues to the right. Then there is a section after the dog park before the cemetery where the trail goes across a field before going back into the woods. With all that some nice crossings not too technical.

lots of uphill not much down hill pretty much the old saying of uphill both ways and not very well marked on where the trail reconnects at when it intersects with pavement great views though

One of my favorite trails. I like to park at the ball fields near Pisgah street and do half of this trail going north and then take the greenway north and hop on either Trukey or Owl and do it, then return to finish the second half of Copperhead back to the car. But specifically, Copperhead has great flow, not overly difficult but still a great work out and you can hit mach 1 speeds from time to time.

Rider questions

Q: Is this the trail that starts at safety town right beside the recreation center. I've never seen a name for this true
