I really enjoy the red/white diamond trail. The trail at the top of the hill seen to be more geared toward beginners and the trial up and down the mountain on the loop definitely have some more difficult elements to them. If you are a beginner, I would recommend riding the leg on top of the mountain.

Amazing trail system with Red/White, Green/White, Blue/Gold Loops. The Red/White is the most popular with a difficult but rewarding climb as the downhill has a little bit of everything from rock rolls to flowy sections to rocky and rooty technical sections. The Green/White is a very technical trail for more advanced riders. As for Blue/Gold it is perfect for every level of rider with Jumps, Drops, Berms and Fast Downhill. The newly built single black diamond cease and desist brings a little bit of Snowshoe to Hurricane with a 8 foot rock roll start with a blazing fast downhill right after into a 6 foot wooden gap jump followed by a couple of berms and jumps.

So nice to have this trail close to home! The red and white trail has a good bit of uphill to start, but very pretty scenery and levels out midway. Well marked trails. The ending is a bit treacherous if not a skilled biker. I can't wait to see the expansions that are planned!
