This trail system at Cahaba River Park is one of my favorite places to ride. There is some nice flowy trails like Flying Squirrel and the lower section of Northern Pines as well as technical like Rust Bucket and Wild Turkey. White tail is also a nice Down Hill with a few rock jumps if you park at the Pavilion in the middle of the park. Lots of fun to be had here and I'd recommend it to anyone riding in north central Alabama

Awesome Trail, I rode a $200 bike on the trail and it worked great, There are some tight spots but it is pretty open so you can go fast. There are some berms and a few jumps but you can roll them. But overall this is an awesome trail and you should ride it.
