Mountain Biking Mt. Trashmore Flow Trail
#80 of 96 mountain bike trails in Iowa
Gravity fed beginner friendly flow trail.
What is a flow trail? A trail optimized for bicycle wheels where the force of the rider's tires are meant to press against a lifted and tilted trail surface (i.e. bermed turns) creating and experience like a dirt roller coaster.
Users can pedal if they like, but don't have to since gravity is propelling them down the trail.
This trail is designed for mt. bikes with tire widths greater than 2 inches, narrower tired bicycles such as road bikes or hybrids are not recommended.
Strap on a helmet, climb to the top, flow down the trail; repeat.
