Mountain Biking Esker Trail
#143 of 387 mountain bike trails in Wisconsin
The Esker Trail is the third (or first, depending on your ride's direction) of a series of trails connecting the Namakagon Cluster to the Cable Cluster. Imagine a trail with picturesque views following the top of a rocky, rooty, knife-edge ridge. Because riders are forced to climb the ridge either way it is ridden, Esker is one of the most aerobically challenging options in the CAMBA trail system. Luckily, you'll be paid off with some of the fastest, rowdiest descents the system offers!

From Cable, Wisconsin, Start down County Highway M for about 2 miles. After that, turn right onto Telemark Road. Keep right at the fork will Frels Road, and then quickly take a left onto Spider Lake Fire Lane. The trail's first trailhead will soon appear on the left, and the trail's second trailhead will be on the left a little further down the road.
