Starting on CA State Route 178 in Lake Isabella, CA take exit 42 (Sign will say Bodfish Havilah), the street is Elizabeth Norris Rd. Turn right (south) on Lake Isabella Blvd which turns into Caliente Bodfish Rd. Go about 2.3 miles and take a right on Breckenridge Ave. Go about 9 miles and the signed trailhead is off the dirt road on the right near Squirrel Meadow.
