The trails are located off of Bear Cub Road in Lake Placid. Head down Bear Cub about 100 yards and you will find a horseshoe style road on the right, called Henry's Woods. At the end of this road you will see the trail head.
This is a nice trail, I saw families hiking on it. There is a great view of Lake Placid on the Plateau Trail... I wrote a couple miles and I would guess there are three times that amount of trails to explore
