Park at sign in station. Take dirt road 3 miles to rattlesnake pond trail. Very short single track. The adventure is the 3 easy miles to the trail. There are several other fire roads to explore Ned's trail will run parallel to dukes island Rd. But after about 1.5 miles it is under water. Most of the trails end up in water eventually.
