Mountain Biking Cucamonga Road

****   Add a review
#293 of 1,004 mountain bike trails in California
#3,838 in the world

The climbing adventure begins on Archibald Ave through Demens Canyon for the first two miles until you reach the top of Angalls Canyon where you can enjoy the view. Now begins the zig zagging fast descent through the winding fireroad switchbacks. Then a portal-like entrance over a small stream takes you into a rocky singletrack climb and into a singletrack escapade passing two gates and what seems to be Scooby Doo's missing Mystery Machine van crashed in the canyon. Then you repeat going the opposite way. North/ South trails merge along the main trail to add a little something else.

Rider questions

Q: how do you get there?
A: There is no official trail head or parking for this trail so most riders park at Heritage Park on Beryl and Hillside then from there you have a few options to get up there. Take Beryl St north for about 1 km then turn right on Reales St then left on Mojave Dr. This is the entrance for The Cucamonga Climb. It meets with Cucamonga Road. Other options include taking these streets going north : Archibald Ave, Amethyst St., Delphin Pl., and W Cucamonga Truck Trail up on Skyline Rd.

Q: i would like to know also.
