Mountain Biking The Whore No More

Also known as "Whore No More" and "The Whore".
Why is it called that?
Correct reason: Because this single-track replaced the need to climb an ugly steep gravel road which was known as "The Whore". Hence "The Whore - No More".
Alternate: Because when you are climbing it, "You Whore, No More" is what you say to yourself when yet another obstacle appears...
A linking single track, between Pickering Brook and Mt Gungin.
Steep and long climb / descent, with some roots and obstacles. Not a consistent grade - and the pinches really hurt the legs and lungs!
Not a heavily used trail, so appropriate spares etc are suggested.
