Right near the entrance of the trail there's a water fountain, shower and bathrooms. Great signage at the beginning and throughout. There's a flow track about halfway through and then later there's an advanced bridge riding skills practice area. Pretty fast and flowy curves through both dense canopy and wide open field areas. It has a couple of wood features including a pretty massive wall ride that you better have some decent speed before attempting - they give you notice with a "Look before you leap" sign right before.

Pretty decent little trail to loop together with East & West Cadillac, maybe part of Alford Greenway or even Fern Trail and Kohl's Trail nearby. Subtle climbs, some roots but not overly technical, anything major has a bypass next to it.
