Mountain Biking Shepherds Trail, Bowden Spur
#21 of 66 mountain bike trails in Victoria
The trail starts at the top of the Bowden Spur , with winding singletrack , burms & plenty of big jumps , the singletrack winds through some big Eucalypt Gum trees , a tricky steep rock garden , then the trail comes out of the trees into the open , with a massive view of the city in the distance . Then it weaves back into a singletrack surrounded by state forest . Jumps , berms , a switchback or two , but mostly a balls n all downhill singletrack , offering plenty of challenges , remember , this is a double black diamond run singletrack .
