A winding dirt trail meanders through a forested area, surrounded by tall trees and green shrubs. The path appears well-trodden, leading further into the woods with patches of grass and fallen leaves scattered along the ground. Natural light filters through the branches, suggesting a calm and serene outdoor setting. Buena Vista Trail #637 mountain bike trail.

The Buena Vista trail system consists of about fifteen miles of pure singletrack in and around the formal marked Buena Vista Trail, #637. For cyclists, the key is staying off of the marked trail, which consists of very poorly built logging roads, which are built in many cases in the fall line and are badly eroding. Look for the single track that starts at the left side of the U.S. 60 trailhead. Keep following the single track! There are many options to ride within the trail system, as it consists of a stacked loop. Most of the single track has been there for forty years according to the locals, but has slowly been interconnected. One of the best trail systems in Arizona!

This trail and area looks great for jeeps and ATVs. Really poor for biking if you are looking for single tracks. We found some single track but the marked trail is all jeep trail.
