Mountain Biking Killer Bee
#237 of 711 mountain bike trails in Utah
Killer Bee is a technical, advanced descent from Bar B down to the bike path. The top section is a loose, fast 4x4 road. That drops into a chunky, rocky section, followed by a few lengths of extremely steep slickrock. Finally, the trail finishes with a set of steep, narrow, exposed switchbacks.

I had heard that Killer Bee was super gnarly, and so technical that it was unrideable. I heard that the switchbacks were so sharp, you were guaranteed to walk or fall.
Neither of those statements are true. I managed to ride the entire trail successfully, and while some of the slickrock is steep and the switchbacks are washed out and pretty narrow, it's all quite doable. I'd give this a black diamond at most--it's not worthy of the doubleblack label.
