    Being private, if you come here, you will have many miles of trail all to yourself. Most of it is wide cross country ski trails and there is plenty of jeep roads as well. There is some genuine singletrack, thanks in part to this being one of the venues for the NICA Colorado League races. The 5.2 mile race loop has some very entertaining singletrack mixed with some rather boring dirt road.
