Start at Function Junction, Rainbow, or anywhere along the route
A Jekyll and Hyde trail, which includes everything from flat and smooth double-track to steep and rocky technical descents and ascents.
Plenty of elevation gain to be had, all along the way. Talk about sweating...
There are occasional views over the Whistler valley and Alta lake which offer some relief.
Disappointingly, there was no signage off the Flank trail for Cheap Thrills or Industrial Disease. There are many trails dropping in to the valley, and it would be nice to know which is which.
