Loop through a Frisbee golf course, in city park. mostly wide open grassy hills with just a few trees. Some nice climbs and and a board walk.

I-94 ex 152. S on Sunset, to Division. Go R (W). Park behind Lewis and Clark School, next to bike park.
It's mostly open grassy but it have many wood trails so it's pretty much combination. Climbing and fight against Dakota's Wind were probably challenges but it has a long relieving downhill near end of segment. Not my top favorite list but it's still a good balance intermediate trail.
