You can pick up this trail out of the back of community park in Benicia or off Ascott Parkway near the intersection of Georgia street in Vallejo. Both intersect and end at the bottom of Rose Drive in the Kindercare parking lot.
There are many places to start but the kinder care parking lot is the best.
Tough climb out of the gate. 1.8 miles of up and down. Nothing technical, some switch backs. Great view from the bench and the heroes memorial at the top. I get decent elevation by going to the Vallejo gate at the top of ascot, and down to community park and back. Not a destination ride, but great for getting me and my dogs out.
