Mountain Biking Gould's Rim trail
#223 of 710 mountain bike trails in Utah
Ride the long steady double track climb for about two miles. After you reach the top of the hill, watch for the singletrack branching off to the right about 0.5 miles further along.
Follow the Goulds Rim trail as it winds along the edge of a canyon. The trail starts smooth, but becomes more rocky in the second half. There are only small areas of exposure at the cliff edge.
Continue until you cross a well maintained gravel road, and look for corrals across this road - the start of Gould's trail.
Goulds Rim trail can be ridden out and back, or as part of the Hurricane Loop trail

The Hurricane Rim trailhead is just outside hurricane on Highway 59.
From the Hurricane Rim trailhead, go down the highway towards hurricane about 1000 feet. (Be careful on the highway because the shoulder is very narrow.) Turn onto the doubletrack on your left (first left, up hill).
Gould's Rim alone out and back is not the most exciting trail. Great views! Rocky! Some long drop offs. When combined with JEM, Gould's Trail and Hurricane Rim, you can ensure a nice flowy loop.
Thank |Not as scenic or technical as Hurricane Rim.
