Horse Pasture Rd is a forest service road and NOT open to motorized vehicles year round. Check SCDNR for dates gates are open if driving out to Lake Jocassee or Jumping Off Rock. Horse Pasture Rd to Bootleg Rd is 12 miles of winding 4x4 trail that descends to Lake Jocassee.
