Mountain Biking Edwin L. Smith Preserve
#21 of 121 mountain bike trails in Maine
Trail offers a nice long loop with varying difficulties. Mostly forest floor with some outcroppings and bridges depending on which route is taken. Very well maintained and stays pretty dry. Hikers with pets are often on the trails as well so keep a lookout when coming down a fast downhill section.

Starting at the University of New England, Biddeford, head out on Pool St then turn left on Meeting House Rd. Then another left onto Guinea Rd through a 4-way stop crossing West St continuing straight. Guinea Rd curves to the left and immediately after the curve turn right to continue on Guinea Rd. Head straight for a couple miles and come over a slight hill and there will be a gravel parking lot on the right with a sign for the park.
