Good to get used to a bike and gain some leg strength. Most of the trails are crushed limestone and there is not a ton of elevation change. If you explore there is one grass section thats pretty good. Bumpy and challenging for super novice riders. Good for making sure you can handle bumps. There are a couple gems; the tubing hill and the creek. Make it to the top of the hill without dismounting and youre a boss. There are two grass paths and one golfball sized stones. Get to the top then go down and hit some speed. At the bottom of the hill there is the only single track in the place. Take a left in the opening and you pop out on the trail. Worth it
