A winding dirt path leads through rolling hills covered in dry grass and shrubs, under a dramatic sky filled with dark, ominous clouds. In the background, mountains can be seen, creating a scenic yet moody landscape. Monroe Truck Trail mountain bike trail.

From there it's a fun single track climb for 8 miles and slim the way you'll run into different spots for a great scenic view. Follower trail all the way up until you run right into Glendora Mountain road again. You can keep going past the road or head back down the same way. There are some hikers/runners mostly in the weenkends. Trail is good, a little rutted at times butterfly clear and very rideable. Fun climb, gear views.

shuttled this ride and it was okay. the bottom section is by far the best and mystic trail is good. Probably a way to do a loop from the bottom. Fun downhill but lacks technical stuff.

This trail system starts at about 1303 Glendora Mountain Road, where Google maps shows Lower Monroe Road as the trail. The trail ascends for about 8 miles, although you can drive Glendora Mountain Road about 8 miles up until a large opening on the right appears and just ride downhill. The trail provides a nice gradual up and down, with sweeping views of the mountains around Glendora. You can get some serious speed going down, but you'll want to stay alert for hikers in the area. For the most part, the trail near the top is smooth with the occasional ridges. The bottom features a lot more rocky, twisty sections without the steep drops of the top.

I would consider this a light intermediate trail.
