This is a short and quite steep connector between Hataitai to City track and Pirie Street.
The Pirie Street end of this track has a few steps. The first set of steps, which end on Pirie Street, drop down between a house and a large green electricial transformer. The second set of steps can be avoided by following the house's fenceline for a few metres and then turning up hill to join the main track just above the second set of steps.
There are a couple of faintly defined alternative tracks that run more-or-less parallel to the main track. They also connect with Ellice track, near the intersection with Hataitai to City track.
