The start to the trail was hard to find, as it's actually out on the pavement behind a cement barrier, not out of the parking lot, and it's faint and somewhat overgrown. The trails were quite muddy and chewed up by horses- maybe if it was drier it would have been more fun. The trails are just ok, definitely plenty of nettles and horse manure, and you have to ride a fair amount of road to link up trails. I would drive to Tiger Mountain and leave this network to the horses.
Taylor Mountain is a good set of trails - a steady grinder up Holder Ridge and Holder Knob singletrack will test your fitness levels. The remaining trails and segments are a mix of gravel roads and swooping singletrack. Beware that the trails are susceptible to overgrowth and can be riddled with nettles. These trails are also frequented by equestrians and hikers. The trailhead is near a small gravel lot off of 276th Ave SE near the intersection with SE 188th St.
The entrance to this trail is pretty much non existent. After a short walk up and around the water towers at the top of the hill I was unable to locate any type of a trail head. This could also be do to the fact that it's in the winter around here now. Try checking this trail out in the late spring.
