Mountain Biking Bradley Creek / 351
#241 of 549 mountain bike trails in North Carolina
This trail begins off of FS 1206, but as of 5/26/13 the trail sign is missing. Bradley Creek Trail drops down off the road bed and then parallels the river, and then the trail begins to cross the river. It crosses it 10 times, which requires fording through knee-deep rushing water with boulders on the bottom, in about 1.5 miles. On my ride, I left the trail as soon as possible to get away from the river, so the trail may indeed cross the river even more times. There isn't much climbing since it follows the river, and the trail isn't very technical, but all of the river fords still make it slow and arduous.
