The 7 Mile Riding Area (aka Seven Mile Bike Park) is a network of single track mountain biking routes in the Seven Mile Delta. These tracks are graded at a difficulty level of 3-5 (intermediate to advanced). Most routes are one directional while a few are two way.
All paths lead to either Eagle's Nest or the Hub. At those points you can go down another path to do more loops. The area is not large, but doing loops of different track combinations will create a long fun ride.
At the Hub there are some wooden technical structures as well as a wooden bike rack, so you can relax for a bit.
The tracks include dirt banked corners, berms and jumps and wooden log rides, skinnies, clatter bridges and banked corners.
These tracks were made and are maintained by the Queenstown Mountain Bike Club.
Fantastic trails catering for mainly intermediate riders. Nice combination / variety of trails from smooth undulating trails, to tight switchbacks and some more technical areas involving roots and rocks. Short trails, but you can link a number of them together to get a decent ride. Highly recommended.

Thank |This is a great little bike park, especially suited to intermediate riders. All the trails have great berms, rollers and jumps. They tend to be wide, flowing and fast. There is plenty here to keep you smiling for a couple of hours with a some repeats. My favourite trail is Kachoong - it's a beaut - don't miss it.
The whole park is under pine trees so the trails are good for most weather and tolerate quite heavy rain.
The locals are friendly and ride here at 6pm on a Thursday, followed by a pub meal.
Nearly all the wooden structures mentioned elsewhere and in the photos are now gone.
You can pick up a good map at the Queenstown bike shops for $5. It also has the Queenstown Bike Park map on it and 29 other trails - you're in New Zealand's mountain bike capital...
Thank |Fun purpose-built network here. Per another review, ride in there and get lost a bit, follow the pink uphill signs and they'll take you to maps. The trails are mostly pretty smooth, super flowy, bermed up, real fun to ride. Not much technical, one black diamond that's super steep with some big-ish drops. Mostly very rideable and fun to do laps on the various trails. Can't remember exact specifics, but something like Katchoom, Grin & Holler, Fruit Loops, and Gravitron are all really fun. Some cool log rides and (low) bridges to ride. I rode from Queenstown on the road out there, then Sunshine Bay Track back, which gets you on dirt instead of road, mostly. Riding there isn't bad at all (7 miles), pull into the 7 Mile carpark, ride Built on Beer (BoB, signed) down and then into the network.
Thank |Good fun track bailout options on the obstacles.
Thank |Amazing ride.
Thank |The map looks confusing at first, but just drive right into the place and give yourself an hour to get the feel of it. Then enjoy yourself! The trails have a good design and challenge. Good for intermediates to advanced riders.
