Getting there
Lancaster County on the Rappahannock River. From Warsaw, take State Route 3 East to SR 354. Turn right and follow for three miles. Turn right onto SR 683 at Somers to the park entrance. From Kilmarnock, take Route 3 West to Lively, then left on SR 201 for three miles, then right on SR 354 for three miles and left onto 683 to the park entrance.

    It's really not as bad as the other review states. Yeah it's flat but that's literally the topography of the area (ie farmland). It's a good trail system for a family ride, nothing too difficult and you can definitely bike the whole system without having to push your bike up a hill. Keep in mind this isn't a bike park, there are other things to do like kayaking and boating. Don't expect to do much jumping or fast turns.

    their idea of the mountain bike trail is simply a grassy roads surrounding large fields. Yes it is near the water but other than that you might as well roll around in your own backyard, if its flat. we only rode around one of the trails and gave up because it was a waste of time. there is no topographical features here so the whole place is perfectly flat. Ugg!
