My wife and I visited the island on our vacation. The island itself is a pretty cool place so we didn't mind that we didn't have a fantastic ride. We were given directions to the Lake Shore Trail that leads out from camp sight #8. There was about 20-30 feet of smooth single track followed by a windy rocky single track that we founds ourselves walking much of it. We wanted a smooth single track where we could enjoy what the island had to offer. This was a great hiking trail for sure, not so much for the bikes. I wish we had camped here at least overnight so we would have had more time to explore more trails. BTW, the buffalo burgers are tasty!
