Mountain Biking Rhododendron
#142 of 202 mountain bike trails in Tennessee
Nice rolling, fast trail along the river that can be used as a connector back to whitewater center from foot of Thunderrock express. Nice views of the river, a few double-wide wooden bridges. From bottom of thunder rock, turn left down the forst service road, though the gate, and then right towards the pump house. This trail can be found just through the pump house parking lot.

Can access from lower lot of Ocoee whitewater center. Cross bridge, and turn right at first kiosk.
This trail doesn't really seem like a mtb trail. It's more of a casual hiking trail. There was a woman pushing a baby in a stroller if that gives you any idea of how easy it is to ride. The views are really nice, but other than that, it's not very exciting.
