Mountain Biking Kiwarrak Trails

*****   Add a review
#12 of 169 mountain bike trails in New South Wales
#3,128 in the world

Kiwarrak trails offer 50km of cross country and all mountain riding across all skill levels. From the car park you will find kilometres of flowing single track with wooden bridges, see saws and log rides. Trails such as Icarus, GO 21/22 and Widowmaker offer long north shore style log rides and jumps to test your balance. Further up the hill you will find the well known "Giant See Saw" on the trail "River". Only 1km up the hill you will find the trailhead for the two main all mountain descents, Up River and Trampoline. Along these trails and including Lobotomy, Skull and Son of Skull you will find high speed doubles, rock gardens, drops, tabletops, steep berms and switchbacks for the best adrenaline rush. If you're travelling and after a quick pedal to break up the highway driving (5 mins off pacific highway) or after a multi-day getaway on some of the best trails Australia has to offer, Kiwarrak is the place to be!

Awesome trails. Well marked. Great for all levels. There are bridges jumps and challenges if you want you can take them or leave them.

High quality trails, awesome people to ride with, plenty of flow and different zones. Bridges, see saws, jumps, gullys, drops; it has it all. Trails are always maintained to the highest standard. Close enough to town for emergency bike bits and coffee but far enough out to feel outdoors. Definitely a place to stop and check out for a day or two!

Wide variety of trails, from super smooth and easy through to steep and technical with bridges and small scale north shore style features. Lots of fun sections but poorly sign-posted. No facilities or signage at trail head.

Amazing, better than anything else in NSW, trails everywhere and heaps of structures. Accomodation available not far away at www.cfr.com.au
