Mountain Biking Blackwater Falls State Park
#13 of 112 mountain bike trails in West Virginia
Make sure to hit up Blackwater Bikes in town before hitting the park. They will hook you up with a map and tell you all about the trails in the area. They also had a pretty sweet selection of Cannondale and GT bikes. The trails here offer great technical climbs and descents as well as awesome scenery of the WV mountains.

Beautiful area with great mountains, but some of the rockiest, rootiest riding I have ever done. Not my favorite type of riding.
Thank |Nice views and varied terrain and conditions. Well worth exploring!
Thank |A nice addition to plantation and surrounding trails in the Davis area. Make sure you hit yellow birch trail, it has plenty of gnar!!!!
Thank |One of my favorite xc rides I've gone on was here at Blackwater Falls. The trails seem very remote yet are labeled and well groomed thanks to the locals who take care of the trails. You're actually in the mountains so expect big climbs, rocks, and lots of tech gnar.
