Really nice trails up near Stowe,Vt. I downloaded a cool map online and went ah-explorin'. Take ranch brook rd. off 108 follow the jeep trail up aways to a trailhead. follow the main trail to rip on derby. Once I back tracked Kimmer's and rode it backward and forward. from there you can link up to Haul road, and cruise through part of Von Trapp's to get to Pipeline. It's best to have a second car parked at Stowe High school. The trails are excellent singletrack and the town has a ton of watering holes for the after-beer.

Excellent riding, upper level intermediate. I did Kimmers and Pipeline, loved both. Preferred pipeline. Instead of riding back and forth from the two trails I parked first at Ranch Brook and climbed Hardy's to Kimmers, then drove to the High School and climbed the paved road to do Pipeline, reckon I saved some time and doubletrack climbing.

I thought this place was sick. Very well maintained. Moderate hill climb depending which trails you use... lots of switch backs... but the down hill pump tracks are worth the climb!

Do the hillclimb on the double track. Made the mistake of going uphill on the single track and then having to come back down the same way. Lots of switch backs, bridges and rocks. Well maintained and fun.
