Mountain Biking Cascades
#119 of 223 mountain bike trails in Massachusetts
Steep, Technical and fun once you figure out the good loops. Starting from the
trailhead you can ride straight up to Boynton park at the top of the hill. Turn
right up the street and climb a short hill on the road and there's more tight,
technical singletrack. The best part of climbing these trails is when you finally
clear the entire up-trail, then railing whichever tail you find down!

From Tatnuck square in Worcester take Olean St toward Holden. Stay left at
the fork onto Mower street. Turn right on Cataract street and the trailhead will
be on your left.
