This is a typical trail for South Florida. It is basically flat and you get to pedal the entire trip. This trail is pretty rocky and you have to watch for solution holes formed in the limestone and then covered by leaf and debris. It was an enjoyable ride in 80 degree weather while it was freezing rain at home. The highlight is a pine forest that is in the middle of the everglades and a lake at the end of the trail.
