    Reviewing Corkscrew:

This is the longer of the two LaPointe loops. Definitely do this one clockwise. The trail is mostly beginner friendly, but an advanced rider will have a good time trying to break warp speed on the descent while dodging junipers.

Two very nice and mostly beginner friendly trails here. Corkscrew is 9 miles and racetrack is 6.5 miles. The climbs are easy and the payoff is very good for the effort. An advanced rider can knock out both loops together in under two hours and have a great time doing it.

This is the shorter of the two LaPoint loops. Definitely do this one counterclockwise. This is a great novice loop with an easy climb and nothing scary technical. There are a few sharp drops into drainages and one minor bit of exposure, but newer riders shouldn't be too uncomfortable. And the descent is a blast for any level. Not threatening for a newb, but lightning fast for a confident rider.

I'm a local here and this is one my favorite trails. Has a long steady uphill climb. Once you start the downhill it is worth every minute. By far the funniest downhill of any trails in vernal. There are no signs however take the trail that leaves parking area to the west. On trail about a mile from parking lot stay left. You'll want to ride trail clockwise. Way recommended.

Awesome trail of moderate technical and aerobic difficulty

This is a nice easy trail good for teaching beginners on, warming up before or cooling down after riding Corkscrew, or just a short after work ride. Nothing technical and no steep climbs but still a nice ride.
