This is one of the tamer sections of the Continental Divide. Still there was some difficult hike-a-bike.
Pedal up 106, it get steeper towards the top. Turn right on 130. Climb some more to FS 107 turn left. At about 5 miles as you crest the divide watch for the Poison Ridge Trail (CDT) to take off on the right. The next 5 miles are advance singletrack on an exposed ridge so get an early start or do the ride in August. Turn right when you reach Arapaho Ridge Trail now marked by a sign. Arapaho Ridge Trail is more advanced singletrack on exposed ridge-line. Close to 10 miles of alpine singletrack in all. When you reach the rock cairn the trail disappears to the north. There is a sign and several cairns marking the trail. The trail reappears about timberline taking off to the NE. A phenomenal downhill ride brings you to the Grassy Run Trailhead. Right and right again on 715 back to the start. You can add some moto singletrack to take out some of the road.
