Mountain Biking Gallagator Trail
#132 of 265 mountain bike trails in Montana
This multiuse trail follows an old railroad line through Bozeman, running form the library to the Museum of the Rockies picnic area. There is a lot of foot traffic so the speed is pretty slow. The trail is very family friendly and connects several parks and trails.

Just south of the Bozeman library
This is a great way to connect the MSU campus to Downtown. It does have connections to other town trails, so you can get in plenty of miles as well. However, it's all wide, straight, groomed and flat; nothing of interest for even a first time mountian biker.
