Mountain Biking Tom Blake Trail
#129 of 1,380 mountain bike trails in Colorado
NOTE: There is an annual closure of this trail for elk calving from May 15th - June 20th. This is just a blazing trail. I prefer to access this trail from Owl Creek Rd. TH. A gradual climb on perfect singletrack gets it started. The trail traverses E/W and begins to roll through groves of aspen. This very narrow trail rips along with fantastic flow and does require some navagation through a residential neighborhood. There are signs to lead you to the next section. The trail ends at the Snowmass Village Mall.

From I-70 exit #116 and take HWY 82 towards Aspen. At Brushcreek Rd. turn R and proceed uphill until you reach Base Village at Snowmass, parking is abundant. From here, are several options to access the mountain to Tom Blake Trail. Grab a free trail map at any of the bike shops in the area.
