From I-64 take the White Sulphur Springs Exit and follow the signs for the
Greenbrier State Forest. Drive past the ranger station about 1-2 miles to the
picnic area parking lot just past the campgrounds. You can park there, or park
farther up the road near the Frisbee Golf course and start on Old Fields Trail.
There are several ways to connect these loops. This is just one possible
connection.
The climb is pretty tough on the extension trail, the jumps on the way down are pretty intense and gives you really good air if you hit them fast! One of the more extream trails if you really go for it!
Thank |Newly developed single track, near Lewisburg West Virginia. Challenging climbs, bench cut ridges, hardwood forest.
