Mountain Biking Cedar Ridge
#146 of 403 mountain bike trails in Georgia
Recommend clockwise direction first. Trail will start with a good warm up winding through a sweet gum maze. then will go through a nice hard wood section with good elevation changes. There is a well built bridge to cross at the creek bottom then work your way up through an abundance of cedars to the far side. Major fun coming down off the hill through cedars dropping off the ridge with optional air time down to the bottom careening left then going toward the front of the property for the last half mile of trail with a few terraces for variety. Mile and yellow paint markers both directions, walking and running is encouraged as well. Trail is five feet wide in most places with only a few exceptions. Good trail for wet conditions. Open 7 days a week.
