Mountain Biking Valles Caldera Trails
#192 of 283 mountain bike trails in New Mexico
Various routes starting with the old ranch roads in the Preserve and moving on to some good doubletrack. Lots of options exist in the routes allowed, but expect to do some climbing, especially around the eastern part of the Preserve (near Pajarito Mountain ski area and Redondo Peak.

Not a specific route, but a recommendation to check out the summer weekends when the Valles Caldera Preserve is open to mountain biking. It costs a few bucks but is well worth the chance to bike the preserve. I have done rides of 32 miles, 24 miles, 22 miles, and 38 miles (3800' vertical), respectively. It's mostly dirt roads and doubletracks, but still fun, with great scenery. The Valles Caldera Preserve web site has the information on the rides.
