Mountain Biking Manana Trail
#20 of 33 mountain bike trails in Hawaii
A ridge line trail that turns to a foot path. Manana trail is a beautiful ride with pristine views of Waimano Valley. The trail starts as a paved road for about the first half mile. It then winds through a shady forested area before turning to a ridgeline trail.

This trail is on the Island of Oahu. From Honolulu International Airport, head ewa (west) on H1 exiting at the Wamalu offramp (exit 10. Stay to the right and merge onto Moanalua Road. Take a right at Waimano Home Road heading uphill, then take a left a Komo Mai Drive. Follow Komo Mai Drive all the way to the end of the road in Pacific Palasades. Here you will find the trailhead.
This is not a biking trail! Narly hills with narly roots all over them. Plus it's shady so it never really dries out. I pushed because of the roots and when I could ride I slipped.
Never again on a bike.
Thank |I found this almost unridible. Unless you are a very technical rider this won't be much fun.
