Coming into the park entrance, go past Lee Cabin on your left. Once past the cabin look for the trail head kiosk, enter trail on trail #3 and follow signs to the other various trials. Loop #6 is my favorite, but trail number 4 is a nice easy climb out and back, with a downhill on the way back. After the intersection of #3 and #4, there are about 5 new bridges over creeks that are not technical, but have a lip on the front and some are back to back. It is very obvious to an out of towner like me that this park is the future of mountain biking in Peoria. This is where they hold a majority of PAMBA workdays and group rides. If only there was a campground somewhere close.
