    I would like to give this a 3.5 rating, because the single track sections leading off the main path were a lot of fun. Most of them tied into the off-leash areas. The only really bad part of this trail is the entirely rank odor in some sections. Like sewage, especially around the swimming pool.

    Good Trail for all riders. Trails vary in difficulty from drops to double track. Have to share trail with other riders though.
