Mountain Biking East Laramie State Land Trust
#61 of 256 mountain bike trails in Wyoming
At network of dirt road, doubletrack and singletrack on Wyoming State Land Trust land. Wide open terrain, with few trees and some cactus. Track can be sandy, loose, or hardpack. There is about 5 miles of singletrack in the network of roads and doubletrack. No official trail, and no official trailhead. Good views of Laramie, the Laramie Valley, and the Snowy Range. This is a good place for an after work ride without having to drive somewhere (e.g., Happy Jack). It is also one of the first places to ride post snow. Beware of the wind in spring.

In Laramie, take Grand Ave to east Laramie to 30th St. Go north of 30th St. to Willett Dr.. Take Willett Dr. to the edge of the pavement by the golf course. Park and ride. You can also access this area on any of the side roads north of Grand Ave.
Good for after work ride. Will be great when it connects to Happy Jack, but for now it is mostly just a place to get out while waiting for the snow to melt. Also this is by no means an intermediate trail, it is a beginner trail and about the easiest terrain you are likely to find on a mountain bike trail.
Thank |Rocky some steep sections fun to ride back down
