Mostly single track trails. Kind of unmarked for now but new signes are on there way. Back part is great with a few hills and tight wood bridges over swamps.

Getting there
Exit 51 off sunrise hwy. Head South on Broadway Ave. About 1 mile down on the right hand side there is a Islip Town Parking lot, make right into lot. Park car here and bike to traffic light at baseball field entrance. Cross over broadway at light and follow Ronald Lane down to the end and the trail starts there. You will see the woods at the end and a trail with a County marker on the tree.
