Mountain Biking Rim Trail
#218 of 1,382 mountain bike trails in Colorado
Grab a Snowmass Trail map to make things a bit easier. Start at the trail head, there is a decent climb to gain access to the ridge. Once there, enjoy the views of Old Snowmass Valley and the lake on one side, and New Snowmass on the other. This trail stays pretty easy and smooth so it's great for beginners!! You can park another car on the other end, use Snowmass's great bus system (they do accomodate bikes) or just ride back!! Have fun!!

From Interstate 70, take the Glenwood Springs Exit and head South on highway 82. Approx. 35 miles, follow signs for Snowmass and turn right on Brush Creek Road. After 5-7 miles, you will go under a skier bridge and soon after turn right onto Divide Road. The trailhead is on the right on you will clearly see the parking across the road.
