Mountain Biking Powerline Trails
#179 of 549 mountain bike trails in North Carolina
Hard and soft pack. HIgh climbs and steep decents make this a trail for only the tough and the experienced for sure. I am a begginer and had no chance of completing more than 2 miles of this trail, and my friend and I busted our rear ends before calling this ride off. But I loved it none-the-less!

I-95 in Norht Carolina take exit 173 and follow 158 West to ZOO ROAD and turn right. Continue on Zoo Road across Thelma Road (A Food Lion shopping center is on your right) and just pass this you will see a rather large church on your left (THIS IS LAKEVIEW PARK) turn left and follow that road. After a twisting decent on the pavement, y9ou will come up a small hill and see a dirt path on your left. Park on the right side of the road and have a blast!
